1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing techLauncher.in, generating API keys, depositing INR balance, or sending requests to our inference endpoints, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. INR Wallet & Prepaid Usage
techLauncher.in operates on a prepaid INR (Indian Rupee) wallet billing system:
- Rupee wallet credits are deducted in real-time based on the published per-token, per-generation, or per-unit price of the specific model invoked.
- Wallet balances are non-refundable once credited, except where required by applicable consumer law.
- If your INR wallet balance reaches ₹0.00, active API inference requests will be rejected with HTTP 402 (Payment Required) until a recharge is completed.
3. API Key Responsibility & Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your generated API keys (`tl_live_...`). Any API requests authenticated with your key will be billed to your INR wallet. If you suspect an API key is compromised, revoke it immediately from the dashboard.
4. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use techLauncher.in services to:
- Generate or distribute malicious code, malware, or phishing campaigns.
- Produce non-consensual sexually explicit material or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Facilitate unlawful surveillance, harassment, disinformation, or physical harm.
- Transmit critical secrets, database credentials, passwords, or private encryption keys in API prompts, as prompts are routed to open source models and logged for billing history.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass rate limiters, or launch denial-of-service attacks on our infrastructure.
5. Service Availability & Prompt Security Disclaimer
While techLauncher.in strives for high gateway availability, services are provided "as is" and "as available". Open-source model compute clusters may experience scheduled maintenance or transient latency.
Due to AI security limitations and operational logging, techLauncher.in does not promise or guarantee confidentiality or security for prompt content or output payloads. Developers are responsible for filtering sensitive data before calling API endpoints.
