techLauncher.in provides a unified API services gateway. When a customer sends an API request, techLauncher.in receives the payload and passes it directly to the designated open source AI model for inference.

Due to the inherent security and operational limitations of AI model inference and system logging, techLauncher.in does not promise or guarantee security or confidentiality for prompt and payload data.
We strongly advise and require that developers do not pass any sensitive, confidential, credential, password, or proprietary information into the API.
2. Logging for Usage History & Billing Calculation
To provide transparency and precise accounting, we store the input requests (prompts) and output responses in system logs. This logged data is used strictly for:
- Maintaining your personalized API usage history and request tracking in the developer dashboard.
- Calculating accurate per-token, per-generation, and per-request INR wallet cost deductions.
- Providing request metrics, latency monitoring, and troubleshooting tools for your account.
3. Strict Non-Sale & Dedicated Purpose Guarantee
Apart from forwarding input requests to the open source model to deliver the requested completion, your data is never used for sales, marketing, advertising, commercial profiling, or any other purpose.
No Commercial Data Monetization
We do not sell, rent, or lease your prompts, request context, or generated AI outputs to any third parties under any circumstances.
4. Billing & Payment Data Security
techLauncher.in never stores raw credit/debit card credentials, CVVs, or sensitive payment instrument numbers. When you add funds to your prepaid INR wallet, payments are processed securely through payment gateways, and we only retain transactional metadata (such as transaction IDs, deposit amounts, timestamps, and wallet balance) for your invoice history.
5. Prompt Retention & System Logs
Input prompts and output responses may be stored in our systems to maintain your historical usage tracking and service logs. Log retention is governed by operational requirements and capacity, with no guarantee of a fixed 30-day retention or deletion timeframe.
